Kerry A Sellers ‘Out of the box’ Photography attended the Lee Llamas “My Style” Wedding Photography Roadtrip Workshop, organized by Kyle Stanley. The two full day event was held at the Safir Hotel Fintas last weekend. For a fee of only 40 KD the workshop was very professionally organized, complete with seven models, and two gorgeous bridal gowns.
Lee Llamas, considered the ‘golden boy’ of wedding photography in the Phillippine’s, gave his first workshop in Kuwait. He covered everything from shooting the E session, and the bride, how to ‘handle’ the bride following the business workflow of shooting a wedding, to the processing of the images. He shared some of his creative style in which the attendees could be inspired, and encouraged the attendees to be innovative and created new styles.
Hopefully Kuwait can look forward to the return of Mr. Lee Llamas to share some more of his vast talent.

Being more than half in population here, a platform was needed where expats can come and Share, Learn, Guide and Socialize with other fellow photographers. We are planning to give Workshops, Seminars, Presentations and everything else that could increase your photography skills. With no (to limited) night life and sources of fun, we guess this force will drive us and together we will build a better photography society. Therefore, we call upon all expats photographers here in the State of Kuwait to come and join hands with us. Of course, at the end, its not strictly about photography.
