La Leche League of Kuwait’s mission is to help mothers in Kuwait breastfeed through mother-to-mother support, encouragement, information, and education, and to promote a better understanding of breastfeeding as an important element in the healthy development of the baby and mother. La Leche League of Kuwait is an affiliate of La Leche League International (LLLI), a nonprofit, nonsectarian organization supporting and educating breastfeeding mothers. Since 1956, La Leche League’s extensive resources have grown to meet the needs of hundreds of thousands of mothers and babies in more than 60 countries.

If you are currently breastfeeding your baby or small child, or are pregnant and intend to breastfeed your baby (or are considering it but have questions) and would like to meet up with others mums who breastfeed, then LLL is for you!

- Monthly meet-ups for pregnant women and breastfeeding moms
- Home or hospital visits by a Leader to assist with breastfeeding

- Breastfeeding support and assistance by telephone or email from La Leche League of Kuwait’s accredited volunteer breastfeeding counselors (“Leaders”).
