Ramadan is all about the moon the Islamic calendar has been evocatively pivoting around the moon’s waning, appearing and disappearing marking the change of seasons and days.  LB o J’zazz has come up with a stunning interpretation of the ‘Al Bader’ phase being the full moon as you wear these dazzling twin moons. Sparkling Swarovski Rivoli Buttons are the centerpieces that will be meticulously enclosed in an open back bezeling technique using circular Peyote. Employing premium Czech seed beads and charlottes along with world renowned Miyuki seed beads and Delicas.

 

You will need: Beading Mat, Beading Triangle, and sharp scissors (all items available at their Shaab Al-Bahry store, and will be set aside for the class).

Technique: Open Back Bezeling / Circular Peyote / Emblellishing and Fringing
Level: Intermediate (must be comfortable with Peyote Stitch)

 

NOTE:  There are a limited number of kits; therefore, PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED at the LB o J’zazz Shaab Al-Bahry shop to secure your space and kit selection. A deposit of 50% will ensure your space and kit reservation. Their store is KNET friendly. Comfortable clothing is suggested as beading is done in a relaxed and informal setting. As this class is several hours long and it is Ramadan, a dedicated private area is available for those who wish to eat/drink, just bring along your own snacks and drinks.
