As an expat new to Kuwait several years ago, it was very difficult for me to meet others who shared the same interests as I did– or to meet other people from my country! It was also difficult for me to find events & activities to participate in for entertainment. I eventually learned (a bit too late) that Kuwait is full of AMAZING blogs & sites loaded with tons of great information on places to see & things to do in Kuwait, but it was very difficult to keep track of all the information that was scattered from site to site. That’s when I decided it would be useful to have a one-stop site where a newcomer or local resident could go to for things to do & see in this wonderful little place we all call home– Kuwait

The Grapevine was founded in January 2011. Since then, we have done our best to pull information from various informative sites & blogs, and we have tried to neatly categorize them our site to make it easier for anyone to find something to do in town. We cannot guarantee that the information we have gathered is up-to-date (i.e. contact numbers, emails), so if this is the case, kindly contact us & we will update the information.

But our research is not yet done! We are continuously working on gathering more information for your enjoyment, and we ask for your patience while we do so. If you have an upcoming event, exhibition, activity or social group you’d like to share with the community, we would LOVE to help you spread the word at no cost! No matter how big or small, please feel free to contact us & send it over! We’ll post it ASAP!
