The British Council and CAP are pleased to invite you to a screening of Werner Herzog’s 1992 film, Lessons of Darkness, on the 21st May, 7:30pm @ Contemporary Art Platform Kuwait.

In the lead up to the “Out of Britain” exhibition (19th September – 25th October 2012), the British Council in collaboration with CAP, will run a series of events and lectures that will explore landscapes in contemporary Kuwait and the Middle East. The Historical, Vintage & Classic Car Museum is organizing their 2nd Automotive Photography Contest at the Museums Main Exhibition Hall. The Museum is always in search of new and exciting events to benefit the car enthusiasts in Kuwait, and help them develop all their interests and hobbies related to cars. The main goal of this competition is to document the great creations of our enthusiasts in photography.

Participation in the competition is open to all photographers in Kuwait. To register, kindly visit the Museum’s headquarters, fill in the participation form, and submit your photos during official working hours (9am to 12pm & 5pm – 8pm).
